This article from the online publication InfoWorld is mainly about the proposed neutralization of internet usage guidelines that the FCC has pushed for. This situation is a good area to look at when you are concerning IT Law mainly because the net neutrality is being pushed by many different lawmakers. I will use this article in my research paper because this is a controversial subject that has been debated by both sides of the argument for some time.

The need for CIO’s have become increasingly demanding due to the large technological advancements. With having CIO’s in place, the link to lawyers is abundant, due to the fact that the lawyers work hand in hand with CIO’s to protect their business from electronic attacks. This source will be used for information on what CIO’s need to protect their businesses from.

This web page is from the official U.S. Army website for Fort Bragg, NC. This is an educational website used to inform the soldiers from Fort Bragg about the use of pirated software. The use of pirated software is a major legal concern for any corporation that designs software. This article is very informative, and even gives different Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) laws that could be broken if a soldier is using pirated software. This article will be used in my research paper due to the nature of the article, which is illegally obtaining software from various different mediums.
